The No. 111 Bunsen Burner is constructed with an air shutter at the bottom of the main mixing tube. The air shutter can be opened or closed to control the amount of inspirated air necessary for your application. The stabilizing ring located at the top of the tube, acts as a pilot to prevent flashbacks and blow-offs of the master flame.
Similar in design to the No. 111, the No. 115 offers a larger collar to allow a greater intake of air. This model also has a stabilizing ring and an air shutter for controlling the amount of inspirated air.
The revised No. 116 Bunsen Burner (Micro) now has an air shutter located at the bottom of the mixing tube similar to that of the No. 111 or No. 115. Enhanced by it's stabilizing tip the No. 116 is capable of producing a very small soft flame. It's shorter profile is especially beneficial in applications where space is limited.
The No. 117 Bunsen Burner is similar to the No. 111 Bunsen. The difference is that the No. 117 is taller and has a wider base.
The No. 118 Bunsen Burner is similar to the No. 115 Bunsen. The difference is that the No. 118 is taller and has a wider base.
Designed for dental waxing applications, the No. 120 is constructed to allow the wax or other materials to fall through the barrel without clogging the gas orifice. This burner can be set into the removable base at two different angles.
The No. 122 is a multiple barrel Bunsen Burner. It has four Bunsen Burner heads which are pointed slightly inward towards a common center focus point. This Bunsen Burner is extremely hot and has found its way into all sorts of warming applications.
The No. 130 Bunsen Burner is the largest of the single head Bunsen Burners that we offer. The No. 130 comes equipped with a heat intensifying head. This head, which is made up of perforated metal, allows for a very stable and broad flame.
The Wing Top is constructed from seamless brass tubing. This accessory modifies the top of the Bunsen Burner to provide a broad flat fan flame similar to that of a fishtail burner. The Wing Top can be fit onto the 111, 115, 117, and 118 Bunsen Burners.
The Bunsen Burner Chimney is constructed from plated iron sheet. The conical design protects the Bunsen Burner flame from drafts. The Bunsen Burner Chimney can be attached to the 111, 115, 117, and 118 Bunsen Burners.
The Bunsen Burner Flame Guard is actually half of a Bunsen Burner Chimney. For some operations the Chimney will hamper and restrict the operator. In these situations the Flame Guard may be usable to protect from localized drafts and still leave a direct route to the flame. The Bunsen Burner Flame guard can be attached to the 111, 115, 117, and 118 Bunsen Burners.
The Heat Intensifying Top is constructed from brass with a perforated stainless steel disc and a stainless steel inner screen. The top is offered only for use with the 130 Bunsen Burner.
The Waxing Cup is a special accessory that slips onto the nozzle of the Bunsen Burner. This attachment forms a cup surrounding the flame. The cup can then be used to store wax while working with dental applications. The Waxing Cup can be fit onto the 111, 115, 117, and 118 Bunsen Burners.
